"Brandee Cooke-Brown is the Executive Director of 100K Ideas in Flint, MI. She grew up in Lansing, MI and attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor to earn her bachelor's degree in Psychology. After graduating, Brandee spent time as an Americorps member and in the private sector, before starting as the Snr Project Manager for 100K Ideas in 2017. In 2021, Brandee was named Executive Director and under her tenure she led the creation of Office Hours in community hubs to remove barriers to access, launched a mini grant fund for North Flint residents, and expanded their program offerings to include Shops on Saginaw and the Startup Hub. Brandee completed her Master's in Public Administration at the University of Michigan - Flint in 2023 and had the opportunity to present at TEDxDetroit in 2021, to discuss 100K Ideas' journey and how equity became central to their operations"
