Joel Arnold

Born and raised in Genesee County, Joel Arnold is an urban planner who serves as the Planning and Advocacy Manager at Communities First, Inc. A graduate of Michigan State University and University College Dublin, where he studied as a George J. Mitchell Scholar, Joel has worked on issues of urban planning and neighborhood development in Flint, Detroit, Philadelphia, and smaller communities across the State of Michigan. Joel lives in Downtown Flint and enjoys cycling, playing trombone, and spending time with family and friends.
