I am a Flint native and have been working in this arena for more than 14 years. I've had the opportunity to operate in the positions of Career Coach, Facilitator, Community Engagement Specialist and most recently Manager of the Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates program where I can play a role in the successes of the youth in my community. My superpowers are empathy, adaptability, and connection. I believe that everyone has superpowers and we are in positions to help them be discovered!
