Tracy Joseph works for the Flint and Genesee Group as the Business Support Manager in the Flint & Genesee Economic Alliance division. In this role, she utilizes her experience in business development, financing, property management, government programs and community development to help small businesses in Genesee County develop and grow. At the Economic Alliance, Tracy manages the Small Business Help Desk, the e-Team, Moving Flint Forward, and several other programs that create small business success. Tracy’s greatest strength is in creating strong connections with her small business clients as she helps them navigate the support system and resources available to them.
